(1)指導教員の承認を得た上で、画面右上のENTRYボタンまたはMY PAGEボタンからお申し込みください。

• 【Choosing themes】 Indicate up to five themes that you prefer from the provided list by choosing them from the pull-down menu. Please make sure that you are eligible to apply in terms of skills, background and availability during the internship period.

ご本人の希望や専門を参考にして実習テーマを決定しますが、ご希望に沿えない場合があります。 あらかじめご了承ください。

We will do our best to accommodate your preferences and academic background, but please note that we may not be able to meet your request.

受け入れが決定された方には、実習場所等の詳細な案内を実習開始2週間前までに、受入研究所の担当者より直接通知する予定です。

Those who have been accepted will be notified directly by the person in charge at the host laboratory at least two weeks before the start of the internship with detailed information (e.g., training location).

やむを得ない事情により、インターンシップが中止または変更となる場合がありますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

Please note that the internship may be cancelled or changed due to unavoidable circumstances.

インターンシップの実施場所は上記場所への出社、オンライン、もしくは、出社とオンラインの組み合わせのいずれかになります。詳細は、マイページにてご確認いただけます。

COVID-19の状況等により、上記の実施場所や方法が変更になる可能性があります。

Depending on the situation of COVID-19, the place and method described above may be changed.

(1) 宿泊費・交通費：現住所から実習場所への通勤が不可能な場合には、弊社にて宿泊施設を用意し、宿泊費用を支給します。またその間の交通費（学割運賃）を支給します。現住所から実習場所へ通勤可能な場合には、必要な交通費のみ支給します。

Transportation expenses will be provided. Accommodation will be provided if it is too far for you to commute to the laboratory. If you can commute to the laboratory, we will reimburse the necessary transportation expenses.

(2) 日当（生活補助費等）9,000円／日。食費その他雑費は自己負担です。

Daily allowance: About 9,000 yen per day. Additional expenses shall be borne by the applicant.

弊社に帰属し、無償で譲渡していただきます。

※インターンシップに先立ち、知的財産権・守秘義務等について弊社との間で契約を締結していただきます。

Any intellectual property rights shall be retained by NTT. Applicants are required to sign a confidentiality agreement and an intellectual property agreement prior to the internship.

応募学生の個人情報は本インターンシップでの各種手続きおよび実施後のアンケートのお願い、今後弊社にて実施いたします各種イベントのご案内のみに使用いたします。

Your personal data shall only be used in the application process, for a questionnaire conducted after the internship, and to send announcements of future NTT events.

本インターンシップ中の事故を補償するために、学生用傷害保険、賠償責任保険に加入してください。
応募する前に必ず指導教員と相談し、承諾を得てください。正課（単位）としての認定の可否につきましては、上記諸条件にて大学にお問い合わせください。インターンシップへは単位認定の有無に関わらず、ご参加いただけます。

Please purchase student accident and liability insurance to cover accidents during this internship.
Obtain your advisor's approval before applying to the program.
Please inquire at the university regarding whether this internship is credited or not. You can participate in the internship regardless of whether you are credited or not.
